5 KB Push Press

5 Strict chin-ups

Rest 3 minutes

AMRAP in 5 minutes:

25 m broad jump

25 m bear crawl

Rest 3 minutes

With a running clock of 2 minutes:

L-Sit holds or variations on paralletes or rings

    1st AMRAP 7 Rounds + 1 pu
    2nd AMRAP 8 rounds + 3/4 bear crawl

    5 rounds:
    30 sec KB swings (44 lbs)
    30 sec rest
    30 sec burpees
    30 sec rest

    total: 89 swings, 66 burpees

    1st AMRAP- modified it to 5 PP with 15# DBs and 5 handstand kick ups= 9 rounds

    2nd AMRAP- modified it to 50 single unders and 10 air squats= 8 + 36 single unders

    Nice to be back in the saddle, regardless of having to scale like crazy! Good job today everyone- the afternoon classes were packed!

    1st AMRAP: 7 rounds flat
    Skipped the 2nd AMRAP to do Baseline: 4:14
