30 sec KB swings (44 lbs)

30 sec burpees

total: 89 swings, 66 burpees

1st AMRAP- modified it to 5 PP with 15# DBs and 5 handstand kick ups= 9 rounds
2nd AMRAP- modified it to 50 single unders and 10 air squats= 8 + 36 single unders
Nice to be back in the saddle, regardless of having to scale like crazy! Good job today everyone- the afternoon classes were packed!
