This will be in you go, I go sequence. 1 Round = Partner A performs Sandbag Zercher Squats for minute one, minute 2 Partner B does SZS, minute 3 partner A does laterl burpees over Sandbag, minute 4 Partner B does LB, minute 5 Partner A does KB Swings, and minute 6 Partner B does KBS. Score equals Total Reps
