We often see accessory work programmed consisting of trunk work, mobility, prehab/rehab, and even bodybuilding. Is this just to fill the hour, or is it important? FIRST CROSSFIT WOD back!!!! Squats have been feeling pretty good so I went ahead and bumped it up to 3 SCs each minute- with the 17# bar. Get excited!!!
