Great to have Tricia back!!!! Not really sure what to type here, or even if I can type… a scorching 38mins to complete that monster.. went heavier than I should have but I am not enitrely convinced that it would have made a difference… good one to start the weekend.
Thank you all so much for doing this Workout. This unfortunately was my brain child. I did it in coat and air pack in 39:03.. and yes.. it sucked! Please send me any pictures of the WOD to kevin@crossfitftf.com as I am putting a memorial video together for the family from all of the affiliates who participated. Thank you so much for taking on the challenge!! If you do want to make a donation… http://www.ffpbi.org in Terry’s name!
So I did this one by myself Friday afternoon and that was a terrible idea. Shoulders were sore going into it and I wanted to quit about halfway through the second round. I actually laid down after rounds 3 and 5 and I think I finished in a little under 35 minutes. Definitely one of the toughest WODs I’ve ever done.

The law of individuality tells us we are all the same, but we are all different. We are all made of blood and tissue but how we approach things or respond is individual. Everyone will respond differently based on genetics, stress load, nutrition, and recovery. However, there are some general things that you can focus […]

This WOD owned me. Remembering that it’s a hero WOD helps get you through.
