We often see accessory work programmed consisting of trunk work, mobility, prehab/rehab, and even bodybuilding. Is this just to fill the hour, or is it important? 95 lb pushpress 6:30 ish. There is always the line of going fast and good form. The ring row is one that is very tough to walk that line on.
Also Ryan and I did a squat and snatch balance workout before this workout.

7:21 w/ 85 lbs. Ring rows killed me.
