    95 lb pushpress 6:30 ish. There is always the line of going fast and good form. The ring row is one that is very tough to walk that line on.

    Also Ryan and I did a squat and snatch balance workout before this workout.

    7:21 w/ 85 lbs. Ring rows killed me.

    6:12 w/ 85#. Ring rows put me under as well. I was not expecting that.
