Cold @ 5 this a.m.!
Squats are hard for me for some reason, got 165#.
I really liked filling the idle time between sets with another activity. Also, good warm-up and warm-down Aja.

Jumped in with the 5:30 PM class. 205# for the last felt like I could have done a bit more. But more exciting news……thanks to Ryan, Steph, Aja and Dan S with a grip assist from George. We built several more sets of parallette’s and sandbags………..YES! YES! YES! CAN YOU FEEL IT!!!

@ Joel…Not surprising that that group would put the primal blueprint on their worst cookbooks list. Upon further investigation they are support and promote vegetarian diet. So yes in their eyes, the Primal Blueprint cookbook is no whole grains, high on meat and high in fat, so this group would look at it as horrible as much as those on the Paleo side look at vegetarian diet as horrible.

Exactly, but this is what main stream is viewing. Very sad. I just hope that the numerous case studies that Crossfit is creating makes a dent in the nutritional knowledge of people. Before there habits make a dent in my wallet by increasing health costs.
