Had to switch this one up a bit since we had such a big crew this morning. The run and KB swings didn’t change but the five AMRAPs were get ups, slam balls, knees to elbows, box jumps, and of course we had to finish it off with burpees. Joe, Jon, Carolina, Mike, Autumn, Mel, Laura, Justin, Hayden, Luis, Carlos, Anna, Matt, Reese, and Aja showed up for the fun and everybody killed it. Great work people.

I did this at home with push-ups, squat jumps, TGU’s, double unders, and burpees. BRUTAL.

Great WOD Ryan, these Saturday WODS lately have made all of us really dig deep and push ourselves to the limit. I’ve really liked what I’ve seen.
