Started with my 9 holiday burpees. Then got 165 on the push jerk. Followed by 7 rounds + the push ups in the metcon – performed pike push ups and used the 106# kb

i’m way late, but 8 rounds exactly with the 53# kb… was kicking up into my handstand when time was called.
