    so I scaled this wod up today.

    Each round of Ring Dips began with a muscle up.

    For the Met Con, I ran 400m SB run 400 m run 75 box jumps 400 m SB run 400 m run.

    Just did my Day 2 of burpees in the airport terminal- scout’s honor. I tried to do them in the corner, but I got quite a few looks, and then some questions….

    9:58 on the WOD. Box jumps still questionable on hip extension. Gotta work on that.

    Steph – did that lead to an extra pat down by TSA? It should have.

    @Steph B: I still have nightmares of Daniel being a widower, so it was my pleasure to keep an eye out for bad guys in the alley.

    WOD was great. Did a short extra WOD with Mel to try and keep up with the holidays (Wednesday’s WOD but 21-15-9 and wall ball instead of air squats).
