5 Rounds

10 Thrusters

100 Double Unders

10 Push ups

**There is a 20 minuted cut off on this Met Con. If you complete this prior to the 20 Minute Cut off. Max Power Cleans at Thruster Weight for remaining time.

    This was tough for sure. I did the double unders and could not string them together. Four rounds plus 3 thrusters. If this was a broadway show I would name it Les Misrables.

    My wife was unimpressed with 3 rounds plus 247 single unders….then I did the math for her. That was more SU in one day than in 39 years, total, or close anyhow. That was a tough one!

    Um seriously, that video was absolutely hilarious. I love the conclusion… start ’em young!

    Did the mainsite WOD from Monday on Tuesday….
    1 mile (in 8:08)
    -rest 3 minutes
    3/4 mile (in 6:34)
    -rest 2 minutes
    1/2 mile (in 4:04?)
    -rest 1 minute
    1/4 mile (in 1:39)

    Need to work on my splits for sure and my pace overall. But this was a great way to break up 2.5 miles!
