4 Push Press

***Barbell does not touch the ground. Scale weight accordingly. Burpee penalty per drop payable at end of WOD

    Holy Turkey and dressing (and Pecan Pie with Cool Whip!)!!!! Good WOD today, poor performance on my part…. glad to be back @ CFWH after a week layoff…

    Congrats on the PRs boys!

    Lots of good technique work on the OHS today. And how can you complain about a met con that everyone completed in under 3:00? 🙂
