We often see accessory work programmed consisting of trunk work, mobility, prehab/rehab, and even bodybuilding. Is this just to fill the hour, or is it important? Good work Joel. The 5:30 class was huge so we split it in half.. I was lucky enough to start with Cindy.
11 rounds plus the push-ups
worked up to 165 on the squat cleans and then a set of power cleans at 185

Cleans: worked up to 2 rounds of 165. 1/2 way to Barto status.
