    I did clean n jerks to 195.

    9 rounds + pushups for 10 min cindy.

    Good work Joel. The 5:30 class was huge so we split it in half.. I was lucky enough to start with Cindy.

    11 rounds plus the push-ups

    worked up to 165 on the squat cleans and then a set of power cleans at 185

    Cindy: 12 rounds + 8 pushups
    Cleans: worked up to 2 rounds of 165. 1/2 way to Barto status.
