    HSPU’s really are not my strong suit.

    got 10 HSPU’s

    worked on snatch balance, got up to 175

    Met Con 2:16 with 95/24

    Got 12 HSPU’s – last one was iffy though

    worked on squat snatches

    2:26 on the metcon w/ 95 lbs PP, 24″ box, and some very dicey box jumps at the end

    MetCon: 3:30 with 85# & 24″
    worked on OH squat & then squat snatch.

    4:06 with 24″/75# PP
