    175#PJ last set, 53#KB… dang that was a lot of KB’s this morning….330 to be exact…my grip is shot

    135# on all of my push jerk sets

    13:23 on the met con with the 35# KB…. Rough workout after Murph yesterday. Back was in a lot of pain today.
