    Ring push ups: 1 set regular, 2 sets on a decline (feet on a 16″ box), 1 set with 20# weight vest

    Met Con: 6:42 w/ 14# ball to the black line (mostly) and 35# KB

    Chris rocked this with the heavy weight and I’m so proud of Lance for giving in to my peer pressure and going up in KB weight! And good job April for showing up at 5 am and chasing me the whole time 🙂

    Extra credit was tough but good for developing grip. Also finished with some GHD love- back ext. and sit ups. Have a good day everyone!

    Made the early class today, i dont know how you guys do it all the time!

    Ring Push Ups: 1 regular, one with feet on 16″ box, and 2 with 30# vest

    Met Con: 8:10 w/ 20# ball and 53# KB

    glad to see the PM crowd show up this morning!!! Steph shamed me into going heavier on the KB’s and I dang near didn’t get my last few reps up. Aja did the same on the medicine ball… funny thing, I survived! You guys can come to the am class anytime!

    Ring Push Ups: regular – feet on box – regular w/ 25 lb plate – feet on box w/ 25 lb plate

    MetCon: 8:30 w/ 53 lb kb and 30 wall shots w/ a 14 lb ball
