    started on the rower and it was brutal:

    row – 78 cals
    slam balls – 10
    kb swings – 7
    lateral jumps – 18 (small jumps over the crease of the mats)

    kb swings -9
    lateral jumps 16 (over a line, far too clumsy for the l-sit stand)
    row- 50 (then 59 w/ 6:30 class)
    slam ball- 8

    I jumped in with the late class for a Tabata Double Unders (high:22, low:8) and Handstand holds (starting with 1 handstand when I got on the wall).
