We often see accessory work programmed consisting of trunk work, mobility, prehab/rehab, and even bodybuilding. Is this just to fill the hour, or is it important? started on the rower and it was brutal:
row – 78 cals
slam balls – 10
kb swings – 7
lateral jumps – 18 (small jumps over the crease of the mats)

I jumped in with the late class for a Tabata Double Unders (high:22, low:8) and Handstand holds (starting with 1 handstand when I got on the wall).
