    Great team WOD with Matt and Josh!
    I think we reached 181 PP, 95 KB step ups
    This was much tougher than it looked!

    No clue on the extra credit for me. Damn those knees to elbows…. Dead last but I’m actually getting better at being more smooth.

    Used the 53# for step ups and 75# PP. Great team wod 🙂
