Four minute rounds with two minutes rest in between rounds:

Round 1 Run 400 m rest of the time AMRAP of KB Swings Russian

Round 2 Run 400 m rest of time AMRAP of Ring Dips

Round 3 Run 400m rest of time AMRAP of Thrusters #45

Round 4 Run 400 m rest of time AMRAP of Sit Ups

    I like these interval-type workouts (I switched the KB swings with 95# FS):

    – R1: 1:30, then 28 reps
    – R2: 1:37, then 23 reps (starting each break with muscle-up)
    – R3: 2:08, then 37 reps
    – R4: 2:00, then 55 reps

    Calves were killing me after the 2nd round, so slowed the runs down on the last 2 rounds.
