I like these interval-type workouts (I switched the KB swings with 95# FS):
– R1: 1:30, then 28 reps
– R2: 1:37, then 23 reps (starting each break with muscle-up)
– R3: 2:08, then 37 reps
– R4: 2:00, then 55 reps
Calves were killing me after the 2nd round, so slowed the runs down on the last 2 rounds.
