4:30 something on the burpees. unpleasant is about as polite as i can be about that.
really intrigued by the 21-15-9 DL/Snatch Squats that I’ve seen people doing. i may try that tomorrow

250m uneven farmer carry (two trash bags/50 lb KB)
5 rounds of:
15 burpees
6 KB swings (50 lbs)
Time: 9:30
4 min rest
max unbroken double unders: 63

@ Chris H- actually it’s 21-15-9 of deadlifts and OHS. It was on the mainsite a week or so ago.
Leah and I did that yesterday (155# DL and 95# OHS)- my time- 9:57.
