    The teams looked awesome on this wod! Everyone doing lots of cheering :).

    I did a wod with some guests at the gym :)…

    about 14:00? Awesome fun. That rope totally threw me for a loop. Then 50 burpees and 50 sit ups for time.

    ended up on purple band for two of the rounds… tried no band but that was a fail. team wod: 10:53 with mandy @ 10/44
