brought a friend for ‘bring a friend day’ & ended up being her partner. thought it’d be tough having to carry her load, then she ended up waiting for me on the 300 m run and asking if i wanted to take a break. tough wod, steph. well done.

Did this one by myself with a 35 lb plate in 25:58. Tough WOD.. those sit-ups were hard.

Did this one by myself as well (only half of it- 300m run/25 sit ups/25push ups x 4 rounds). Mannnnn those push ups burned so good, but I do love my weighted sit ups!
