Snatch Grip Deadlift

4-4-4-4

Met Con

50 Box Jumps

50 Pull Ups ( At every 10 Pull Ups or every drop from bar you must run 100 m until all pull ups are complete.)

    325 deadlift. 8:38 metcon. The pull ups were tough after the deadlifts. Good metcon though

    Deadlift: up to 175 for a couple of sets. That snatch grip KILLS my hands! I need lots of work.

    Met Con- 8:39. First time back to box jumps in 3 months, so happy!

    Plus- 50 burpees in 2:50 for making fun of Rob ;). The old man couldn’t take it apparently…. 😀

    Hook grip hurts like a bad mamma jamma and pull-ups are my arch nemesis.

    Deadlift: 235 lbs
    MetCon: 6:08 (24″ box) – box jumps are my nemesis.

    Props to Chris for killing this WOD in 4:40.

    323 Deadlifts – I thought that my thumbs were going to pull off with the hook grip.

    Metcon – did not time it since I have no clue where 100 m is at my house. Straight set the box jumps w/ 22″ box and ran to the end of the block and back between sets of 10 pull ups.
