Met Con- I included the 100m OH walk (44# KB) before each round, so did 7 rounds + 50 m of the OH walk

Push Press – 185 on the last set
MetCon – 8 rounds plus 1 HSPU to one ab-mat. Shoulders were shot before this one even started.

11 rounds plus 4 situps. holy crap, my legs are feeling it today from that total of almost 200 squats…
pp- ended at 90 pounds to avoid hurting myself
