400 m Run (each Partner runs)

30 Pull Ups(One Person Working)

50 Slam Balls (One Person Working)

* Can not start pull ups until both members back from 400m run. All Pull Ups must be completed before moving to Slam Balls. All Slam Balls must be completed before running.
