    Squat cleans finished with 200 missed the last one.

    On a safety note do not let your elbow hit your knee on a missed clean. I thought I broke my wrist on the last clean that I missed.

    metcon 12 min even. It was way harder than it looked.

    195 power cleans

    Metcon – 9:30 with 75# thrusters

    MetCon: 8:20 Rx – this one was kinda in my wheelhouse
