13:53 with 85# front squat, RX pull ups, and RX ring dips on the 21-15 set… had to use the purple band on the set of 9 just to get through it because I was failing on reps miserably… Probably from those ass-kicking workouts earlier this week. Thanks Aja! I can barely move my arms :).
