Is Accessory Work Necessary?
We often see accessory work programmed consisting of trunk work, mobility, prehab/rehab, and even bodybuilding. Is this just to fill the hour, or is it important? Since, I am weak overhead I modified this workout to Squat Clean and Jerk. 165 last set.
Met con felt like I was working in wet concrete 7 rounds + 2 cleans.
