We often see accessory work programmed consisting of trunk work, mobility, prehab/rehab, and even bodybuilding. Is this just to fill the hour, or is it important? I modified today’s wod to make my knee happy. So I did KB push Press 35 with sit ups and goblet Squats. 86 total PP, 90 total sit ups, and 76 total GS.

@Joel- I just laughed out loud when I read your comment. I seriously spit out my water from laughing….
My high rounds were 31-21-19 (with 25# DBs)
Plus barelyyyy made it through extra credit dead hang pull ups on rings. Good thing I did 50 dead hang bar pull ups yesterday… Great warm up for today 😀
