Did wod at NYC’s black box. Did ‘michael’: 3 rounds for time of 800m run, 50 back extensions, 50 sit-ups. My time: 30:09 RX. Then we did tabata kb push press w/35lbs kb. Lowest rep was 7 on the last one. shoot.
