    Met Con- 7 full rounds + thrusters and 1 pull up (with 65#)

    Did wod at NYC’s black box. Did ‘michael’: 3 rounds for time of 800m run, 50 back extensions, 50 sit-ups. My time: 30:09 RX. Then we did tabata kb push press w/35lbs kb. Lowest rep was 7 on the last one. shoot.
    I’ll see u all saturday at FGB.

    killer WOD. I think Aja has got it in for us.

    OHS: 95#. Add these to the “need to improve” category.

    MetCon: 8 full rounds + 4 thrusters (75#)
