Partner 1 400m run
Thrusters (75/45)
Rest/Count 400m run
push-ups
Rest/Count 200m run
burpees
Partner 2 Rest/Count 400m run
C & J
Rest/Count 400m run
pull-ups
200m run
burpees

Quarters are 5 minutes long. OT is 3 minutes, burpees do not start until both partners finish the run.

    With my knee acting up, I am trying not to do too much impacting like running etc. So today I did
    21-15-9
    Row for Cal
    Russian KB Swings
    1 Rope Ascent in between each round
