Cleans: 65-85-115-135(squat cleans)-135(power cleans)
Met Con: 17:26? 14# ball and muscle ups… Haven’t practiced those in awhile so failed on a lot. Back to the grind!

Cleans: 115-135-155-175-195(2) – all squat cleans
MetCon: 14:00 with a 20 lb ball and some very sketchy muscle-ups to say the least. This WOD killed me. Way to push through it everybody.
