8:35 – started with 35 lb KB, then dropped back to 30 lb. also started with 1 abmat for HSPU’s, then went up to 2. no bueno.

So I watched a video on Graham Holmberg, this year’s CF Games champion, and it turns out he is a HUGE advocate of power vinyasa yoga (he dates a lulu girl). Anyway, this is exactly what our resident yogi Laura teaches and it can help you get that extra hip and shoulder flexibility you need to get better across the board in Crossfit and in life. There’s a 5:45 class today that would be a perfect way to jumpstart your Paleo Challenge. As Laura would say, “Do Yoga.”
