200 m Carry any Way (53/35)

60 American Swings

Partners can pass the kettlebell back and forth as much as necessary on the run and can break up swing any way.

Thank you to everybody that have been raising funds for Fight Gone Bad V and to those that have contributed. We are less then $500 from our goal of $5000. I think we will blow past that!!! These charities are really important to me and it really warms my heart to see how much effort has gone into this. Thank you for making this such a great community!!

And on a humane note, is anybody looking for a new family pet?? A dalmation mix puppy has adopted Fred ‘s family. They are looking for a good home for this puppy. If you are interested, please email me rob@crossfitwesthouston.com . I will get pictures and connect you with Fred.

    congrats cfwh for reaching the FGB goal!!

    did the lululemon WOD this morning. ps it wasn’t free… just spent $100 on clothes! I’ve been tricked!

    AMRAP in 5 min:
    30 single unders
    15 sit-ups
    10 push ups
    1 min rest
    AMRAP in 5 min:
    20 squats
    15 twist with med ball (12#)
    5 burpees
    1 min rest
    AMRAP in 5 min:
    15 parallel jumps
    10 push press with PVC
    run

    4 rounds plus 10 single unders
    4 rounds plus squats
    5 rounds
