AMRAP in 6 minutes

1 Thruster (115/85)

3 Shoulder to Overhead(this in addition to the thruster)

    First shuttle- 1:19

    13 rounds at 95#

    Second shuttle- 1:24

    + 15 burpees for my penalty. I agree with Rob- eff Ryan for this WOD ;).

    Rob you should fire me. That’s all I have to say about that.

    Steph- according to my math you still owe us 3 burpees. At least you didn’t have to do 48 like me.

    The second shuttle was no fun.

    I completely underestimated the rounds on the Thruster/OH AMRAP.

    todays WOD was tough… 115#; cant remember my rounds, 1:15/1:19… burpees suck!
