Push Jerk 215#, Rows were good. I much prefer the shorter rows mainly because my stamina sucks!! By the way Rob, you have a varmit problem, Justin and I tried to get that rat but he was too quick. Need to have a WOD called “the RAT”….this is where two lumbering lummoxes get a PVC tube and run around trying to whack a rat! Rat 1- Lummoxes O….

Oh man! I chose a bad day to miss the 5am!! I saw that rat Monday morning doing burpees while we were running but I thought I was just really tired so did not tell anyone. I think I’ve seen the rat doing box jumps too, not sure…
“The Rat” Sounds like a good Saturday WOD. We can also include slam balls as part of it.

Yes, apparently the rats out here in the Heights are much larger than the roach sized rat running around the box! Ha!ha! I just saw something moving and I assumed roach, not rat! It did create a fun and exciting morning!!! Lol! Watching Lance and Justin chase him around was priceless!!! 🙂

did fight gone bad today in Shreveport as a warm-up (or something) for the FGB5 in 3 weeks. just barely missed 300- got 296 with 14 lb ball on wall shots, 45 lb SDHP, 20″ box, and 55 lb PP. definitely better than last time!
