Loved the handstands! Hated my lopsided ball. 10:something with 15# KB. Mel I think you were either right at 10 or 9:something b/c I was in the low 10s.

Found this one very tough. Need to work on my handstands.
Metcon – 13:51 with a 53# kb. Struggled with this after deadlift yesterday

Went to CrossFit Crave in Celina OH. It is a brand new box and I so excited that there is a CrossFit near my hometown.
The WOD was:
AMRAP SDHP in 3 minutes 65 was RX, I scaled up to 75. 63 Reps in 3 minutes
rest 1 min
AMRAP in 10 minutes
5 Pull Ups
10 Pistols(held on to bar. Pistol Squats are my nemesis.)
15 Double unders
7 rounds + 1 Double under
