    Push Jerk: 135#
    Met Con: 6 rounds and all squats (finished the pull ups and the 7th round after Rob called time)

    Push Jerk – 195#, a PR, but still too much press and not enough jerk. Met Con: 7 rounds plus run.

    Did Push Press because still no jumping (/stomping) on the knee-
    95-105-115-125-145

    Met Con: subbed a row for the run/ 35# KB/ RX pull ups
    7 full rounds plus 8 OH squats

    PJ: 65-75-85-95-100 (new PR!) I like stomping 🙂

    MetCon: 7 rounds + run w/ 20 lb KB and purple band. I think i’m regressing on my pull-ups… need to work on those some more.

    Did 5 rounds of this at home subbing 14 CF games style push-ups for the pull-ups.
