Did Push Press because still no jumping (/stomping) on the knee-
Met Con: subbed a row for the run/ 35# KB/ RX pull ups
7 full rounds plus 8 OH squats

PJ: 65-75-85-95-100 (new PR!) I like stomping 🙂
MetCon: 7 rounds + run w/ 20 lb KB and purple band. I think i’m regressing on my pull-ups… need to work on those some more.

Did 5 rounds of this at home subbing 14 CF games style push-ups for the pull-ups.
Time – 9:58
