Met Con 10:16 53/20" tougher than expected sort of. I knew it would be tough. Struggled on the box jumps after the thrusters. Just no air!

Nice and sore from 2 tough WODS this weekend. Mel and I did a Box Jump, T2B, & Run WOD yesterday. Plus 2.5 hours of yoga!
Shout out to Mel, Jen C, and Alex for an awesome yoga class yesterday. Also thanks to everyone who stayed and stretched it out on Saturday after those terrible squats and pullups 🙂

I did 3 rounds of standard ring pushups, then 2 rounds on the box! making progress!
cut the wod short after a graceful run-in with the wall. oof. made it almost 4 rounds with 26 lb KB and 20″ box.

Just wanna give a shout out to Mo, who totally killed this WOD with the 53# KB that is about 45% of his bodyweight. You ROCK.
Did a quick rowing workout before the 4:30 class-
Rowed :10, rest :10, row :20, rest :20, etc … up to 1:10, rest 1:10, and then back down the ladder.
