    made this one up at sunday open gym, and it was awful. 21:49 or something with the purple band. quite brutal!

    Rob’s time on this WOD was SUPER-legit. Awesome work :).

    Open gym- did 10 x 250 m intervals on the C2 with 0:55 rest in between. Kept them all between 0:55 and 0:58. Then tabata sit ups (high 14, low 10).
