Tried this with 105# C&J/44# KB… made it 10 rounds and had to go down to the 35# KB because my back was killing me. Took off the swings on round 10 while resting.

Used the 14# ball for the first 5 rounds, then swapped Nathan for his 10# ball. Sharing is caring, right? 🙂
