Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes perform:

2 Clean and Jerks  M135; W95

6 Kettlebell Swings American M53; W35

You may take a round off and rejoin on next round. Score equals numbers of rounds completed.

    LOVED this one!
    Completed all 15 rounds. Slowest round was :24
    57# C & J
    35# KB

    + tabata sit-ups w/ medicine ball

    Used the 14# ball for the first 5 rounds, then swapped Nathan for his 10# ball. Sharing is caring, right? 🙂

    14 rounds 115/35#KB, no chance I could have RX’d that one. Fun WOD!

    Great WOD Rob.

    Tried this with 105# C&J/44# KB… made it 10 rounds and had to go down to the 35# KB because my back was killing me. Took off the swings on round 10 while resting.
    So- 14 full rounds.

    I’ll brag on Aja- he rocked this with 185#/70# KB
