    Much tougher than this looks…but aren’t they all??? Thanks Aja for prodding me into using the 53lb/KB.. holy crap my grip is shot. By the way, yoga was great last night!

    18:06 i believe, RX. my grip is shot too.

    front squat- ended at 105#. somehow i don’t think my OHS and my front squat are supposed to be the same values…

    reached 95 lb on the front squat.

    then made it 2 rounds in the metcon when my arm told me stop. probably nothing, so I’m hoping for a speedy recovery!

    Metcon: 18:18

    Much harder than I imagined it to be. I think the K2E’s probably took 50% of the time by itself (sweaty paws and can’t string more than 1 together at a time)
