front squat- ended at 105#. somehow i don’t think my OHS and my front squat are supposed to be the same values…

reached 95 lb on the front squat.
then made it 2 rounds in the metcon when my arm told me stop. probably nothing, so I’m hoping for a speedy recovery!

Much harder than I imagined it to be. I think the K2E’s probably took 50% of the time by itself (sweaty paws and can’t string more than 1 together at a time)
