    back is still a little tired from saturday, but i managed to pull out 145# on the DL.

    8:34 or something on the MetCon w/ 18″ box. DU’s need some work – adding that to the list along with HSPU’s and anything involving rings…

    Ended up with a different workout than this because I’m still not allowed to jump on my knee.

    weighted step ups 20″ (uneven weight 35#/26#)
    push ups

    …. Then row for 25 calories (instead of DUs)

    12:57. Those weighted step ups kicked my ass.

    Worked out with the 6:30 class. Prior to that I did my Day 9, nine muscle ups. Starting to get brutal:)
