Fran sucks. However, I did PR by 22 seconds. My previous best was June 09 of 4:59. Today 4:37. First time ever doing the first round completely unbroken. My grip is fried. Plus I did 6 of today’s 8 scheduled muscle ups. I hope I can get the other 2 in later.

My shoulder is still a bit shaky right now, so I wasn’t feeling the pull ups. Did “death by thrusters” instead…
21-19-17-15-13-11-9-7-5 of unbroken thrusters(65#) with a 60 second rest in between sets. I didn’t think I could make it through the first 4 sets but it finally started lightening up.
Fran- we will meet some other time.
