20 KB Swings ( American) 53/35

10 Plyo Push Ups ( Drop down into normal push up, quickly push up with force to effectively jump with your hands. Your hands will come off the floor briefly. Catch yourself and drop into the next push up.)

    Tough one. 15:53. Ordie and I finished in the top two which is a first! Of course we were the only two in the class. My legs are shot!

    14# ball to the 10′ line/35# KB/ standard plyo push ups
