WOD from my hotel in Oklahoma- I got a bunch of people to join in!!! Had a big group running around outside the Radison looking like fools.
5 rounds of:
-Run around grass island in parking lot (~300 m?)
-5 decline push ups (feet on curb)
-5 burpees
-5 dips off a stone wall
Made most people want to die, or throw up (even though I made modifications for most!) and I think a lot of them are going back to find Crossfit gyms in their area :). Spreadin’ the love!
