Hotel WOD from Oklahoma City (still staying off my knee til I finish my round of steroids from the doc):
50 HSPUs– every time I came off the wall, 5 sit ups. I was shooting for 10 minutes but I finished at 11:52. Started off with 11 solid, and then finished up with only singles from about 32. Did not know my shoulders could hurt that bad… but it was fun.

Snatch 81lbs, Clean and Jerk 120lbs, Deadlift 325lbs
WOD- 7:54 Rx- Thanks to George, Andrew, and Ryan watching me do this by myself. I don’t think I would have pushed as hard otherwise.

I’ll echo Andrew’s comment, but I’ll reference her DEADLIFT (325# was HUGE!!!). Great job, Kristen!
My 1RM’s for the lifts were:
Snatch: 110# (PR)
C&J: 180# (PR)
DL: 297# (nowhere near a PR)
Vertical Jump: 23″
Didn’t get a chance to do the Metcon last night, but liked it so much that I hit it this morning. Time (rx): 6:43

OHS- 105# (first time i’ve done more than one). decent considering pain was shooting up my right upper arm while doing the WARMUP set…
metcon- 20kg/20″/45# in 10:22 i think.
