2 Person Team WOD
5 Rounds
Relay KB(1 KB) Carry 1 lap around our warehouse row(Each person runs a lap with the KB, carry it anyway.)
20 Box Jump overs each person( Non jumping partner does Russian KB Swings until the person completes box jumps, switch roles. Can not start Box Jumps until person returns with KB.)
20 Push Ups each person(Other person does a figure 8 pass throughs until the person completes the push ups, switch roles)

drexel and I got 46:something with a 20 lb KB. woof, I’ve never wanted to quit so bad ever. thanks to drex, Daniel j, steph, and Ryan for cheering us on!! I know I needed it!

This WOD looked miserable. I was glad I was a spectator and not participant– I tried hard to cheer though! Times ranged from 32-50 minutes. You guys were such troopers on this.
On Sunday- during open gym did 50 pull ups and 10 muscle ups in my warm up.
Then 12-9-6 of HSPUs, Russian KB swings (53#) and push press (75).
Finished up with 5 x 250 m sprints on the rower.
