    Sarah 12:24 w/ 55lbs
    Joel 10:01 w/ 95 lbs Only failed on one rep and only rested between exercises.

    This was a long week. I’m ready for the weekend off!

    Met Con:
    12:14 w/ 75 lbs

    Daniel took it to this Met Con w/ 95 lbs. It think his time was 6:24.

    8:56 RX. This WOD owned me.

    Guys – remember tomorrow there is an 8:30 regular CF class and a 10:00 Olympic lifting class with George in suite 212. Don’t try to be a hero and go to both classes. Pick one or the other. George will be going over either the snatch or the clean, some assistance lifts and exercises, and then there will be a short WOD at the end. Either way you’re sure to get a great workout in.

    wod 5:37 or so w/ 47 lb. prob shoulda lifted more weight…
