    Oly Lifting Class w/ George: lots of work on Cleans
    – work up to Heavy Cleans (~175#), then 5×2 of 80% max (155#)
    – Snatch Deadlifts – 4×5 – 200#
    – Barbell Rows – 4×5 – 175#
    – Partner Medball situps – 100 ea.
    – Metcon for the day, same as rest of the classes: Time of 9:49

    Way to kill that WOD, Rob !! 7:56 is a crazy fast time!

    Snatch grip deadlifts- worked up to somewhere around 180lbs

    Afternoon classes did this met con with an amazing fury; special shout out to the ladies who were getting lots of PRs!

    And Mel V was being an over-achiever with going ABOVE the red line every time ;)…. Man good thing you had an awesome coach to cheer you on to your full potential.
